Engineer Ragab Al-Saeed, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Minya Drinking Water and Sanitation Company, said that the main reason for the poor condition of water in the line of the town of Maqousa and its residential areas, today, Friday, and a turning black, resulting from the change in the artesian parcel line that goes to the town.
Al-Saeed told “Masrawy” that a warning was sent to loudspeakers throughout the housing area of Maqousa before the problem occurred, indicating that the black color of the water was due to the old line being drained before insert the new line.
The Chairman of the Minya Water Management Board confirmed that the problem will end within two hours and the water will return to normal without any further problems.
