Spanish MercurySteam nominated for The Game Awards and already working on an ambitious RPG
Mercury Steam has once again witnessed great talent in its ranks after releasing an excellent Metroid Dread for Nintendo Switch. So much so that they became the first Spanish development team to be nominated for The Grand Awards. However, its leaders aren’t resting on their laurels and are already working on an RPG they wanted to share the first details about.
And the information provided is not negligible. MercurySteam is working with 505 Games ’parent company, Digital Bros., on a third-person role-playing adventure set in a dark fantasy world. It will be codenamed Project Iron, will be a multiplatform and will be invested € 27 million.
