Follow Nguyen Khoai dike road, direction from Chuong Duong bridge to Thanh Tri bridge, if you want to go to Long Bien, turn right along CV1A branch to Vinh Tuy bridge phase 2 with a lane width of 7m.
Going from Minh Khai street and Ring 2 overhead viaduct, if you want to go to Long Bien, you will go straight to Vinh Tuy bridge – phase 2.
With the old Vinh Tuy bridge (Vinh Tuy bridge phase 1), people and vehicles participating in traffic go one way in the direction from Long Bien to Hai Ba Trung and are divided into lanes in the direction:

The road system on both sides of Vinh Tuy bridge – Dam Quang Trung street (Long Bien district) organizes traffic for people and vehicles participating in traffic going one way (in the same direction as vehicles passing through Vinh Tuy bridge) on the road.
