The current Fiat Tipo came on the market in 2015. After five years, it is high time for a facelift.

Brand new is the bow with a new big Fiat logo. The headlights now use full-LED technology, as do the taillights. New are also the looks of cast wheels or some body paints.

The pseudo-terrain variant of Cross is inspired by the Cross with its plastic coating and overall design. It is only available in the form of a hatchback and with front-wheel drive. The chassis is raised, so the car has 4 centimeters higher ground clearance.

It has been significantly modernized inside as well. The Tipo now has a seven-inch digital instrument panel and up to a 10.25-inch infotainment screen. There are also functions for pairing smartphones via Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
–
There are three engines in the updated offer. The simple and age-old atmospheric fourteen-year-old, which suited the character of the car, is unfortunately gone, in the spirit of the time it is replaced by a supercharged three-cylinder. The liter FireFly engine offers 74 kW, 100 hp, and 190 Nm of maximum torque.

An alternative is the innovated diesel sixteen in two power versions with 70 or 96 kW. That is 95 or 130 horsepower.
