Haifa Wehbe has returned to interact with her fans and followers through her account on the “Instagram” website, after a crisis accusing her former manager of seizing her money.
And published “Haifa”, new pictures of it appeared through a Ramadan look, as she wore a golden cloak, and commented on the pictures saying: “Ramadan 2020”.
Lawyer Yasser Kantoush, a representative of Haifa Wehbe, wrote a report in the Omraniya Police Department, accusing her former agent of seizing her money, and said, “Kantoush” in the record – Masrawy obtained a copy of it – that Haifa Wehbe and assigned the complainant to his position and act on her behalf to negotiate with Others regarding artistic and lyrical concerts, cinematographic programs, TV series, and advertisements, as well as signing contracts for these works on terms that are agreed upon, receiving their allowances and giving receipts in Egypt.
The lawyer added that the complainant in his right was working as the director of the complainant’s business in Egypt, and he contracted for concerts, programs and series that belong to the complainant and was taking over the agreed material value from the producers and contractors, and undertaking depositing it in the bank in the complainant’s account, pointing out that he took advantage of the agency written for him from Before the complainant, he withdrew money from the complainant’s account deposited in a bank, and deposited the amount in his account without the complainant’s knowledge, using that power of attorney written for him.
He continued that the complainant in his right seized other large sums of money in exchange for the value of concerts, television programs and series that he received from the producers, and instead of handing them over to the complainant, he was taking them to the private account in order to harm the complainant and seize its money.
He pointed out that the crime attributed to the complainant against him is that he is a traitor to the trust, taking advantage of the power of attorney issued to him by the complainant, even though he receives a wage for his work as manager of the complainant’s actions, and thus the complainant is the one who commits the crime committed in Article 341 of the Penal Code.
Haifa Wehbe’s lawyer solicited the complaint to see the complaint and take legal action against the complainant.
