Beijing – More than 80,000 tourists are stuck on the Chinese holiday island of Hainan after a corona outbreak in a holiday resort also known as “Hawaii of China”. All flights from the island have been cancelled, and tickets for the trains running on the island are no longer sold. The reason is a corona outbreak in the holiday resort of Sanya, which has more than a million people. From there, 483 cases of infection were reported on Sunday.
