Gold prices returned to decline in Egypt today, Friday, as half of trading took place after the price per gram saw successive jumps, raising the price by around £90 from Wednesday despite rising global metal prices.
And in the middle of Friday’s trading, the price of gold fell by around £15 ahead of morning’s trading prices, so that 21-karat gold registered around £1725, compared with a price of £1740 at the start of trading. bargaining.
During trading on Wednesday and Thursday and into today’s trading, the price of an ounce of gold rose by approximately £90 per gram, coinciding with the rise in the dollar, as the value of the pound rose approximately 27 .11 pounds to the dollar in the Central Bank, up from around 24.79 pounds to the dollar at close of business on Tuesday.
