After Shooting Brigadier J on the Order of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, This Is What Bharada E Did

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.TVBhayangkara Two Richard Eliezer Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E has admitted that he participated in shooting his colleague Brigadier Nofriansyah Yoshua Hutabarat or Brigadier J at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo’s official residence.

Bharada E’s attorney, Muhammad Burhanuddin, confirmed that his client shot Brigadier J on Friday, July 8, 2022.

However, Burhanuddin said that the action taken by his client was because there was an order from his superior who was none other than Inspector General Ferdy Sambo.

“Yes, that’s right (there was an order). Was told to shoot. ‘Shoot, shoot, shoot’. I see,” said Burhanuddin quoted from TribunJakarta, Tuesday (9/8/2022).

Because he was under the pressure of his superiors, said Burhanuddin, his client Bharada E was finally forced to shoot Brigadier J.

After shooting the victim, Burhanuddin continued, Bharada E immediately left the official residence of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Bharada E did not know what happened after that.

Therefore, Burhanuddin ensured that his client did not persecute Brigadier J either before or after the shooting.

Including, said Burhanuddin, Bharada E also did not see the process of cleaning the blood at the scene until the ambulance came to evacuate the body of Brigadier J.

Meanwhile, another attorney for Bharada E, Deolipa Yumara, revealed the reason his client did not refuse when his superior ordered him to shoot Brigadier J.

According to Deolipa, Bharada E as a subordinate must obey his superior’s orders. This applies to the police.

“Yes, his name is the police, he must obey orders from superiors. If we are employees, we must obey orders from our leaders, it’s the same thing,” said Deolipa.
