Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen and Brazilian left-back Wendell go their separate ways after seven years. Wendell’s contract in Leverkusen would have expired next year. He came to Leverkusen from Gremio Porto Alegre in 2014 and will receive a contract with his new club in Portugal until 2025.
