A new report from the Flemish government shows once again that everything went wrong with subsidies to Sihame El Kaouakibi and her non-profit organisations. Subsidy fraud, can be read in the conclusions of the Finance Inspectorate, which investigated the money flows on behalf of the Flemish Minister of Budget Matthias Diependaele (N-VA). What is Flanders doing to recover the money? And is there anything to recover?
