It’s a crucial week in family that Friday will end with a very big cliffhanger. But before that, we said goodbye to Jenny and Patrick on Monday evening. The two lovers packed their bags to travel for at least three months and to fully enjoy their early retirement there.

“It’s not goodbye,” said an emotional Jenny. “Earlier… until the next”, Patrick added, winking at Benny (Roel Vanderstukken). After which they closed the door behind them to fly to Istanbul. The viewers now know that it is a final goodbye. Actor Ludo Hellinx (66) has played the role of Patrick for ten years, actress Hilde Van haesendonck (68) has been on board since 2014.
