Slovak hockey forward Dalibor Bortňák will continue his career in the international IHL after the recent end at the HK Poprad club. He agreed on a contract with the Black Wings Linz club, which reported on the official website.
Bortňák came to the Poprad squad before the 2021/2022 season. He played 8 matches in it, in which he scored one goal, one assist and 6 penalty minutes in the statistics. In the highest Slovak competition, he also wore jerseys of Zvolen, Košice, Banská Bystrica, Nitra and Slovan Bratislava.
So far, he has played a total of 445 matches in which he scored 177 Canadian points (70 + 107). In 2017 and 2018 he won championship titles with Banská Bystrica.
