An ambitious and never-before-seen architectural style

A auditorium as well as a bookstore grouping works on the fabric will be created.
Great novelty: a rooftop will be created. A bistronomic restaurant should settle there with a breathtaking view of Lyon.
A pharaonic project already started for the modest sum of 50 to 60 million euros.
The pockets of the region do not seem to be full enough to finance the project in full. The community in calls for help from the state and “extends a hand” to the metropolis and the city of Lyon.
It is still necessary that the ecologists agree to collaborate with Laurent Wauquiez with whom relations are not in good shape.
