During the debate, it led to considerable irritation among GroenLinks leader Klaver, Pieter Omtzigt and PVV leader Geert Wilders, as can be seen here:

Comparison
Jesse Klaver had asked Rutte for information about the number of messages he received and sent. He wants to compare that data with the number of messages that were subsequently archived at Rutte’s Ministry of General Affairs. The GroenLinks leader wants to check whether the prime minister ensures that his messages are stored correctly.
Klaver received solid support from Omtzigt and Wilders. They also wanted Rutte’s information. He kept refusing.
41 text messages
De Volkskrant writes today that information requested by them shows that in the period from December 2019 to 11 June 2020 41 text messages have been saved that Rutte sent himself. Rutte responded to this in the debate by saying that the corona crisis was so serious in that period that consultations mainly took place by telephone.
He does not explain in the letter why the prime minister changed his mind immediately after the debate. He does, however, keep his mouth open: the information is sent to parliament ‘as far as possible’. Rutte promises to come up with more information early next week.
