Allam added that he will not leave the matter pending with the company, but will present his papers and documents to prove the correctness of his legal position and confirm that he is not responsible for the land for the entire lease period.
An official source from the South Cairo Electricity Distribution Company said that the electricity supply was cut off to one of the farms located at 58 kilo on the Cairo-Alexandria desert road across from Sulaymaniyah and the European countryside; which turned out to be owned by the famous TV presenter, Tariq Allam; He was late in paying his electricity bills for a period of 5 months.
