Rona-Lee Shimon responds: After announcing it about a week and a half ago, Statik released his new solo album, “Liharim” – and now his partner, Rona-Lee Shimon, is responding in a story she published. On top of a joint photo of the two and with the song “Fire and Water” from the album in the background, Rona-Lee wrote: “Looking at you from the side, I see you, your way, your heart, not many people know you. Open, calm, beautiful all Thus, the most beautiful parts of you are revealed out of your creativity, which is an abundant spring, and seeing you in action is the most stimulating thing there is.”

As you remember, Statik defined the album as a “farewell party from pop”, and sources in the music industry criticized him for the statement: “It’s a PR exercise, it’s not a real farewell. He won’t really stop making pop, he knew it would draw headlines, and he’s not wrong – we’re talking about it.” Despite Statik’s statements alongside more aggressive rap pieces, the album is full of pop songs.
