After nearly four years, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still not officially separated on paper. Their case has been going on for some time and now the two clash again. This time it’s about the private judge presiding over their case.

According to People magazine, which was able to view the court documents, the 45-year-old actress filed a request in early August to remove current Judge John W. Ouderkirk from her divorce case with 56-year-old Pitt. However, he was the one appointed by both of them in 2017 to oversee their divorce.
But according to Jolie, Ouderkirk has failed to disclose current cases and professional relationships between himself and Pitt’s attorneys in a timely manner. She argues that Ouderkirk did not provide details of other divorce cases he worked on that involved Pitt’s attorneys, making him “biased”. The actress said she has “never had a chance to even raise a problem or object to the growing business relationships between Judge Ouderkirk and Pitt’s attorneys.”
Pitt’s attorneys called Jolie’s move “a thinly disguised attempt to delay the custody review in this case.” The former couple is fighting for the custody of their six children.
