After Doni Salmanan and Indra Kenz, Captain Vincent Reported to the Police

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Content creator Vincent Raditya or better known as Captain Vincent reported to Polda Metro Jaya on alleged fraud under the guise of binary options Oxtrade.

The man who works as a pilot was reported twice to Polda Metro Jaya by people who claimed to be victims.

The first report numbered LP/B/1578/III/2022/SPKT POLDA METRO JAYA on March 28, 2022 by a person with the initials MMH from Solo, Central Java.

“We have reported earlier, even the reporter has been questioned at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation of the Polda Metro Jaya,” MMH’s attorney, Finsensius Menndrofa, told reporters, Friday (1/4/2022).

Finsensius said that his client deliberately did not publish a report against Captain Vincent on the grounds that he was worried that Vincent would lose evidence.

“It was one person who reported yesterday, a loss of Rp. 50 million and above. But there are many other victims, only one person who made the LP yesterday was from Solo,” said Finsensius.

For information, Finsensius is the party who reported Doni Salmanan and Indra Kenz to the Criminal Investigation Police of the National Police.

From the MMH report, Captain Vincent is suspected of Article 28 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 45 A paragraph (1) and/or Article 27 paragraph (2) in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph (2) of Law (Law) Number 19 of 2016 on the Top Amendments Law Number 11 of 2008.

There are also Article 3, Article 5, and Article 10 of Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning the Crime of Money Laundering and Article 378 in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) of the Criminal Code (KUHP).

There was also a person with the initials FF who also reported Captain Vincent regarding the same case to the Polda Metro Jaya.
