ASSUMPTION.– The concurrent ambassador of India, Dinesh Bhati, announced that his country will open an embassy in our country, in order to strengthen relations.
The diplomat, who has his residence in Buenos Aires, Argentina, from where he handles bilateral issues with the Paraguayan government.
“The decision is to have an embassy in Asunción, to strengthen a strong friendship between India and Paraguay,” Bathi declared on leaving the Government Palace.
He explained that, upon arrival of the one hundred thousand doses of donated vaccines from India to our country, another one hundred thousand doses will arrive in the next few days.
“This afternoon the gift arrives, and another one hundred thousand more will arrive in a few days, to expand the collaboration, economically, commercially and politically,” he said.
