There were times when they still valued each other.
But these times now seem to have come to an end. Cora Schumacher (47) said this one sentence over and over again: She no longer has contact with her son. She doesn’t understand why either. Her son was silent. Until now. Because now David Schumacher (22) has published a statement on his Instagram profile in which he finally seems to be breaking up with his mother. Cora takes legal action against the post and also speaks out personally.

After David Schumacher made violent accusations to his mother on Instagram, Ralf and Cora Schumacher’s son provoked a lawyer’s letter. Obviously, Cora didn’t want to just leave her son’s statement alone, as the 22-year-old now shows with a picture on Instagram. A document can be seen in which he is asked to cease and desist and delete the revealing Instagram stories. David responds to this letter with the following words: “Unfortunately, if the truth is painful, you have to send your own son a lawyer’s letter.”

The peace and quiet that her son seems to long for seems to be a long way off for his mother. She posted a statement on her Instagram account in which she spoke of “alienation, manipulation and instrumentalization”. In her opinion, a “smear campaign” was being waged against her to force her to “continue to remain silent.” And that’s not all. According to Cora, her son’s allegations are “in no way justified and do not correspond to the truth.”
Cora Schumacher did not want to respond to an RTL request.

David Schumacher previously posted the following message on his Instagram story: “I didn’t want to comment further on family matters because our private issues have no place in public. But unfortunately my mother can’t get this sorted. It’s now time to put an end to it: I honestly just want to live my life in peace and achieve my goals, without always being addressed by the media about everything my mother accuses me and my father of. Unfortunately, my mother has had mental problems for as long as I can remember; as you can follow on her own social and other media, with ups and downs: When I was four or five years old, she wanted to drive the car into a tree with me – me in the passenger seat – and finish everything. Luckily, a close family friend was with us at the time and hid all the car keys so that we – luckily – couldn’t get into the car. When I was 13, I went on vacation alone with my mother while my parents were already separated. Unfortunately, she suffered a nervous breakdown and had to be immediately admitted to a closed institution – I was home alone and she wasn’t there. Luckily my father drove to me during the night, I was so happy that dad was there!”

David continued: “When my parents divorced in 2015, my mother threatened me that if I didn’t live with her, she would destroy my dream in life: That means my dream of being a racing driver would be shattered She would no longer sign any required documents due to the custody of both parents. Since she wasn’t in the mental state to take care of me and I didn’t want to grow up in an environment where the whole day was about what a bad person my father was, I just didn’t want to be around her anymore be. There was even an incident where she tried to take me away from my father against my will and it got so out of hand that we had to call the police because she kept beating my father. II think it’s more than understandable for everyone that, especially as a young adolescent, you don’t want to grow up with your mother under these circumstances and events.”

“I gave my mother the chance several times and tried several times to reconcile with her. Unfortunately it never worked outbecause she repeatedly fell into a mental low and completely freaked out again. And the constant accusations against my father that he planted everything in my head and would only talk badly about her, this is not even close to the truth. My father always did everything he could to ensure that I had a good bond with my mother: over the years, Dad repeatedly persuaded me that I should give her another chance. I’ve always blocked it out because I have no desire or nerve to go through the same thing again – to bring up old memories and have the same experiences. And the way she is behaving at the moment is an absolute disgrace: My parents have been divorced for 9 years now! Please leave us alone and live our lives – we’ll leave you alone too!”

It all started with Cora Schumacher’s participation in the jungle camp
At the beginning of the year, Cora Schumacher was part of “I’m a Star – Get Me Out of Here” – but the 47-year-old left the jungle camp after just three days. There is something warm about the house; it seems cozy and opulent at the same time. The price? 4,850,000 euros. The ex-jungle camp participant writes: “So much effort for a facade that never really existed. My ex-husband claims I blocked him. Bullshit. He didn’t even try!” And Cora continues: “I find out through a real estate portal that our family home in Salzburg is being sold – the house in which only our child lived. No message, no address, no indication of where my child is now. What kind of person do you have to be to expect something like that from a mother.” The 47-year-old put a sad smiley behind it.
