The Qasr al-Nil Prosecutor’s Office has decided to save the complaint filed by Mariam Mustafa, daughter of Hana Hamza and a player of the women’s volleyball team of the Al-Ahly Club “Adraya”.

Maryam Mustafa and her mother claimed that Al-Ahly counterfeited the contract signed by the player to renew his contract at the Red Castle for 4 years ago and decided to withdraw it due to the presence of an offer from the Zamalek club.

And the prosecutor decided today, Tuesday 25 October, to keep the case administratively, which means there is no evidence of the invitation presented by Maryam Mustafa and her mother, Hana Hamza.

Al-Ahly’s board of directors has assigned Mohab Othman as an agent for the board to follow up the case and take all measures that preserve the club’s rights.

It is reported that the club president Zamalek has previously confirmed That this communication will have Al-Ahly’s board of directors jailed before the prosecution decides to bail out the case administratively.

Interestingly, the club’s board of directors filed a complaint with His Excellency the Attorney General, against Hana Hamza, Vice President of the Volleyball Federation; For circumventing Al-Ahly’s right through the media and for making false accusations against the club of counterfeiting in the contract of her daughter, “Maryam Mustafa”, a first-team volleyball player.

The club also filed a similar complaint with the Ethics Committee of the Egyptian Olympic Committee and the Volleyball Federation for the same reason, where Hana Hamza, who is the Vice President of the Volleyball Federation, took advantage of her position to reveal the secrets of the contracts. of some of Al-Ahly’s players in the Federation while hosting her on one of the television channels and to leave the Club.
