As part of the national health strategy, ARS Occitanie is launching a second call for projects with volunteer structures to implement the overall care pathway after cancer treatment. This new call for projects aims to complete the territorial network and targets only the following departments: Ariège, Aude, Aveyron, Lozère and Pyrénées-Orientales.
Following the decree n°2020-1665 of December 22, 2020 and the instruction of January 27, 2021 relating to the overall care pathway after cancer treatment, ARS Occitanie is launching a call for projects to select volunteer structures* to participate in the deployment of oncological support care (SOS). The aim of this care is to improve the quality of life of patients, reduce the risk of sequelae and prevent relapses.
What does this global care pathway after cancer treatment consist of?
- 1 functional and motivational assessment physical activity (WHAT)
- 1 assessment and/or consultations dietary and or psychological
ARS financing is possible within the limit of a basket of €180 per patient.
*What are the eligible structures?
- Multi-professional health centers (MSP)
- Health centers (CDS)
- The professional territorial health communities (CPTS)
- Coordination Support Devices (DAC)
- Other associative structures
The objective is to support the development of the support offer in the city and favor structures Proximity.
What will be the missions of the structures within the framework of this global care pathway?
- Carry out all assessments and consultations, related to oncological support care, by a multidisciplinary team within it or in conjunction with external professionals or associations.
- Remunerate the professionals involved on the basis of supporting documents for the check-ups or follow-up consultations carried out.
- Collect the data needed to evaluate the device.
