DAfter 12 days of marriage, actress Pamela Anderson and film producer Jon Peters decided to separate to rethink their relationship, the Canadian said in a press release.
We will be very grateful for your support as we have decided to take a separate time to reassess what we want from life and from us. Life is a journey and love is a process, ”Anderson said in the statement.
Anderson and Peters were married in a secret ceremony on January 20 in the city of Malibu, California. Both kept their courtship out of the spotlight.
With that universal truth in mind, we have mutually decided to postpone the formalization of our marriage certificate and put our faith in the process. Thank you for respecting our privacy, ”says the official text.
The couple first left 35 years ago after they met at the Playboy Mansion just when the model had also moved to Los Angeles. They reconnected in recent months, keeping their relationship secret.
This is the fifth marriage of both. Tommy Lee, Kid Rock and Rock Salomon (with whom he married twice) are the former of Pamela.
Peters, who has not made any statement about his breakup, was married to Henrietta Zampitella, Lesley Ann Warren, Christine Forsyth-Peters and Mindy Peters.
