If Thomas Tuchel’s Blues get the better of Jurgen Klopp’s men, Chelsea won’t just win their first Carabao Cup since 2015. This will also allow N’Golo Kanté and Mark Alonso to become the second and third player of the London club to win the championship, the Champions League, the Europa League, the FA Cup, the Carling Cup, as well as the two other trophies mentioned above.
César Azpilicueta has achieved this privilege since he was already playing for Chelsea in February 2015 during the last success in this competition. Kanté and Marcos Alonso arrived at Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2016 and have played 242 (13 goals) and 197 games (26 goals) respectively.
