There is no typical buyer profile. We receive retirees looking for a main residence to live in the sun. We also have to deal with many inhabitants of the Paris and Lyon metropolises, of Aveyron, Lozère and also of the hinterland of Montpellier, with fast axes less than 2 hours from the beaches and the prefecture of ‘Herault. Finally, 5% of our clientele is foreign, consisting mainly of Swiss and Dutch.
