After “Amici” Giulia Stabile and Sangiovanni with an open heart: “Our first time …”

Their love was born on tiptoe, between a dance and a song test. At first small signals, until both realized that the feeling they had for each other was unstoppable. “I had never felt love before him: it’s a bit like going on rides, flying seats. You almost miss the air and you have nothing under your feet. Then you let yourself go.”

“One day I lay down next to him and we looked at each other, we got closer and closer, I felt a tickle in my stomach and, while my lips were touching slowly, I almost lifted myself from the ground”, Giulia remembers with emotion. “Come on, it wasn’t really a kiss, it was almost molded, like between two children”, explains Sangiovanni who is crazy about his dancer. “I look at her and think: she fills in all the empty spaces I had.”

A magical summer not only from the point of view of the heart. After the victory in “Amici” (she finished first and he second), their careers also took off. “Sangiovanni”, the young singer-songwriter’s debut album, won double platinum and boasts over 140 million streaming.

A revenge for him who, like Giulia, was discriminated against and excluded in the past because he did not want to conform to others. A personal struggle that he would like to become public, to prevent other children from suffering as happened to him: “We need more inclusive laws for those who are considered different and wrong, when everyone is just normal and special in their own uniqueness”.

“I am thinking of minorities, racial discrimination and social exclusion, those who still judge the LGBTQ + world”, he continues. “To people with mental problems, to the disabled, to others who like us do unusual jobs. I would foresee some punishment, a fine for those who do not accept others due to a certain closure”.
