FEAR – After experiencing a very risky landing in Las Vegas in an Airbus on October 5, three passengers announced they were filing a complaint against Frontier Airlines.
They thought they died on a flight between San Diego and Las Vegas (UNITED STATES) on October 5. Their Airbus A321 landed on the runway while its landing gear was on fire. Three passengers, who were slightly injured, decided to file a complaint. They announced to the television channel Fox 5 having joined forces to sue Frontier Airlines.
30,000 euros in damage
In the complaint, consulted by the American media, the two men and the woman speak of a very violent impact when the plane arrived at Harry-Reid international airport. The tires would have exploded and the landing gear would have fallen off. Traumatized, they explained that they remained stuck in the aircraft for an hour while choking smoke had invaded the cabin.
The three plaintiffs also detail the impact of this incident on them. They cite “emotional distress, pain and suffering, lost wages, medical expenses.” Damage estimated at nearly 30,000 dollars, or 27,500 euros.
