It’s never too late for a new beginning. After 20 years in Italy, Eliza decided to return to the country permanently. Although totally unfamiliar with country life, she decided to buy an old house in a village in Neamt and learn to live simply and cleanly.

“It occurred to me to do a retrospective of the years 2020-2022… Everything started with the “great reset” of my soul that woke up to life only by divine grace and was led to the dawn of a new existential stage. In two years, in the village of Filioara, I renovated the little house I bought, I worked as much as I haven’t done in 20 years in Italy, I washed in the basin, I listened to the wood crackling in the stove, I trembled in the toilet – in the yard, I was happy, I sighed, I got angry, I felt like I was floating with happiness, I fell down sometimes, but I got up, I made many mistakes, I learned from them or maybe not. ..many wrinkles and white lines appeared, I argued with the tradesmen, I started a new house, I became a mother…I made a good start, I think (hopefully) and I received more than I would have could ever imagine. I wish courage to those who are still undecided to take the step…”, wrote Eliza on Facebook page Moved to the country – Life without clock.
