Afghan female mayor ready to be killed, Taliban instead offer to join government

ACCEPTED, KOMPAS.TV – The first female mayor in Afghanistan, Zarifa Ghafari, expressed her concern. The reason is, the freedom of Afghan women under the rule of the Taliban is threatened.

Zarifa Ghafari admits he is resigned and waiting for the Taliban to come, as reported by The Sun, Wednesday (18/8/2021).

“I am sitting here waiting for them to come. No one came to help me or my family, ”said Zarifa Ghafari.

“I just sit with my family and my husband. And they will come to people like me and kill me. ”

Described by Zarifa Ghafari, in the current situation he cannot go to Afghanistan let alone leave his family. In addition, Zarifa Ghafari also does not know where to go in the midst of the current situation.
