Project developer De Realisatie in Almere is working on a new plan, with apartments that are more affordable. The aim is to release it this year.
Kop Keersluis should be located at the entrance to the Scheldekwartier, on the corner of Paul Krugerstraat and De Willem Ruysstraat. The plan consisted of a total of 58 apartments – of which 31 for sale and 27 in the private rental sector – on top of a parking garage. The prices of the owner-occupied apartments started at 365,000 euros and rose to 895,000 euros for the penthouses.
