The New York Department of Housing maintains open lotteries for the rental of more than 1,000 apartments in the different counties of the City.
Some of the complexes, such as Mount Hope Walton, located in the Bronx, have rents starting at $617.
In the case of these apartments, the income range that people need to apply goes from $24,515 to $140,080 a year.
This lottery will close on February 13.
Another of the open lotteries is for the second phase of the Sendero Verde building, in Manhattan, where rents start at $498.
