Testing is no longer necessary, in fact: it is no longer possible at the GGD. It is allowed, but then you have to go to a commercial provider and pay for the test yourself. Antigen tests, i.e. the sticks that you put up your nose at home, can provide a solution if you want to know whether you have corona and, according to the RIVM, also work well for the new variants.
