Its Friday Night and you know what that means! After the greeting by the team of commentators, the first match of the evening starts right away.
1. Match
AEW World Title Eliminator – 1. Runde – Singles Match
Orange Cassidy (w / Chuck Taylor) won against Powerhouse Hobbs via pin after a roll up.
Match time: 08:08
– Hobbs and referee Bryce Remsburg clashed during the match. That gave Cassidy the chance to roll up.
It continues with Tony Schiavone, who brings Penta El Zero M into the ring for an interview. Before the Mexican can really speak, he spots two masked men in the front row. These wear the same masks as FTR last in “AEW Dynamite”. Penta confronts the two of them and rips the masks off their heads, but suddenly FTR come out and attack him. They then pose with the AEW World Tag Team Championship until PAC rushes to the ring to evict them.
2. Match
Singles Match
Dr. Britt Baker DMD (w / Rebel & Jamie Hayter) won against Anna Jay via submission at Lockjaw.
Match time: 10:26
After the match, Anna Jay is taken into the lockjaw again, but Tay Conti comes to her friend’s aid. After driving the heels out of the ring, she grabs the AEW Women’s World Championship and holds it up.
Next, the tournament tree for the upcoming tournament for the new TBS Championship will be presented to us. Because of their good positions in the rankings, Thunder Rosa, Jade Cargill, Nyla Rose and Kris Statlander receive a bye for the first round. The pairings Anna Jay vs. Jamie Hayter, The Bunny vs. Red Velvet, Serena Deeb vs. Hikaru Shida and Penelope Ford vs. Ruby Soho await us in the first round. The last-named match will already take place at the “AEW Dynamite” edition tomorrow, Saturday. Also confirmed for this show are the matches Jungle Boy vs. Brandon Cutler, Malakai Black vs. Cody Rhodes, Bryan Danielson vs. Dustin Rhodes and Eddie Kingston vs. Lance Archer. The latter two pairings are part of the AEW World Title Eliminator tournament.
The matches Serena Deeb vs. Hikaru Shida and Pres10 Vance vs. Jon Moxley will be officially confirmed for next week’s “AEW Dynamite” edition, which will take place on Wednesday as usual.
Now it’s time for the main event of the evening. Before the match starts, there is the mandatory split-screen interview, but not with Mark Henry as usual. Tony Schiavone will replace him.
3. Match
Singles Match
PAC won against Andrade El Idolo via pin after a roll up.

The lights go out immediately after the match is over. When it gets light again, Malakai Black is in the ring and attacks the surprised PAC together with Andrade El Idolo. Arn Anderson appears on stage and points his finger-shaped pistol at Black. When he symbolically fires them, Cody storms into the ring and chases off the heels. With the two fleeing Andrade El Idolo and Malakai Black and an angry Cody Rhodes, the show goes off air.
