MEXICO CITY, March 27 (Reuters) – Grupo Aeroméxico, which operates the main airline of the Latin American country, plans to list in New York between the second half of 2023 and 2024, the company’s CEO Andrés Conesa said on Monday. .
In mid-2022, the shareholders of Grupo Aeroméxico approved the exit of the company’s titles from the Mexican stock market and shortly after the company reported that it was going to start procedures in the United States to list its shares in the largest financial market in the world.
Conesa explained that the company is still analyzing where it would be listed, whether on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE, for its acronym in English) or on the Nasdaq.
