Aer Lingus is now accepting applications for its highly sought-after Apprenticeship Programme. The programme is designed for those who wish to join the airline’s maintenance and engineering teams and will take four years to complete. Run in conjunction with SOLAS – Further Education and Training Authority in Ireland, the programme combines classroom learning with practical experience. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate strong technical and mechanical skills, enthusiasm, determination, and a willingness to commit to the programme’s four-year duration. Training will initially take place in Dublin Airport before some time is spent in Shannon Airport in year one.
