The programme is designed for those who wish to join the airline’s maintenance and engineering teams and will take four years to complete. Run in conjunction with SOLAS – Further Education and Training Authority in Ireland, the programme combines classroom learning with practical experience. Successful applicants will need to demonstrate strong technical and mechanical skills, enthusiasm, determination, and a willingness to commit to the programme’s four-year duration. Training will initially take place in Dublin Airport before some time is spent in Shannon Airport in year one.
