Erik Lamela was acquitted for the episode he had with Razvan Lucescu, after the end of the AEK – PAOK derby. The case of the Argentinian football player of the Union was considered formal, without sufficient evidence for further sanctions. On the contrary, the partner of Matias Almeida, Daniel Vega, was fined 15,000 euros and banned from entering the playing fields for 15 days. PAE AEK was also ordered to pay a fine of 8,000 euros for the participation of its representatives in the incidents.

Releases the 1st inductee from the fourth disciplinary offense attributed to her. Releases the 2nd inmate from the disciplinary offense attributed to him for formal reasons. He accepts that the 1st defendant and the 3rd defendant committed the other disciplinary violations attributed to them, the 1st, 2, 3, acts and the 3rd under item 6.
I. Imposes on PAE AEK a) the fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the 1st act (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, para. a’, 15 par. 4 para. a’, d’ of the Code of Criminal Procedure), b) the fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros for the 2nd offense, given the conviction of her disciplinary responsibility for a similar act in a previously held match of the same season, pursuant to final decision No. 177/3-10-2024 of this Disciplinary Body (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4 , para. a’, 15 par. 2 para. a’ ii) of P.K. of the EPO) and c) the fine of one thousand (1,000.00) euros for the 3rd act (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4, par. a’, 15 par. 1 per . of the P.K. of the EPO).
Determines a total monetary penalty of eight thousand (8,000.00) euros for the 1st infested PAE.
II. Imposes the following disciplinary penalties on the accused VEGA DANIEL for the act, for which he was found to be subject to disciplinary control, namely: a) a fine of five thousand (5,000.00) euros and b) the penalty of banning him from entering the competition area area and in the locker room for fifteen (15) days (violation of articles 1, 5 et seq., 10 par. 1 par. b’, 11 par. 2, 4, 14 par. 1, 2, 3 and 4 par. a’, of P.K. of EPO).
