“Study requests” in new departments

In parallel with the Ousse project, Aedifim Santé is at the origin of several health centers in the Adour territory, notably in Itxassou, for which the building permit was obtained at the end of August 2024 with the start of work scheduled for the first quarter 2025. This center will include various medical services, such as general medicine, pharmacy, speech therapy and osteopathy. Other centers are also in preparation in Saint-Paul-lès-Dax, Saint-Vincent-de-Tyrosse and Lons, where a 3,000 m² establishment already brings together 70 practitioners and displays a similar model of collaboration.

The expansion does not stop there for the developer who, while continuing the development of its health centers in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques and the Landes, affirms to Placéco “start studying requests” in the neighboring departments of Gers and Hautes-Pyrénées.
