Your mission
Are you passionate about work relations? Come join our large team of specialists responsible for supporting first-level and middle managers with all their working conditions and relations needs. As a Working Conditions Advisor you will be at the heart of the action and you will have the chance to contribute to the achievement of our company’s ambitions by supporting managers on a daily basis.
Your main daily activities
SUMMARY
- Provide the services and advice required on working conditions and relations to first-level and middle managers throughout the company, in conjunction with partners internal and external to the function
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Exercise an advisory role in the application and interpretation of collective agreements, management rules, directives, regimes, programs, processes and supervision, regularly, for certain employment groups
- Coach managers in carrying out their role during meetings involving the management of employees or working conditions and relations
- Coordinate and carry out the steps and interventions necessary to process files relating to working conditions and relations
- Advise managers in representations to local union units
- Support managers in handling complex case files
- Support middle and supervisory managers during labor relations committees or in handling grievances
- Provide information and data enabling the development and implementation of regimes, programs, frameworks and processes
- Collaborate in the design of training and information content regarding working conditions, disseminate programs or see to their distribution
- Support the integration of new managers for the working conditions and relations component
- Ensure the dissemination of information and training to managers regarding the orientations, interpretation and application of human resources regimes
- Assist managers in using available HR management tools
Requirements
- Hold an undergraduate university degree (BAC) in a relevant field.
- Have less than 3 years of relevant experience in labor relations.
Skills and knowledge related to the position
- Have a good knowledge of Office Suite software (Word, Excel, etc.) and SAP.
- Demonstrate mastery of the following behavioral skills:

- Have knowledge of the French language appropriate to the role.

Inherent peculiarities
- The person must have a valid Class 5 driver’s license.
