Advice in times of Corona
Current information on the Corona situation:
Dear VdK members,
from now on we offer in justified individual cases, exclusively after previous
Appointments are made by the Wuppertal office, which offers legal advice.
Appointments are limited to exceptional cases which cannot be made by telephone or
can be clarified in writing. We ask for your understanding that we are not allowed to enter
our offices in Wuppertal and Solingen only with an existing appointment
grant.

Although the telephone numbers above are often busy – please do not call your local association again and do not write to your local association for advice – this will only delay your inquiry unnecessarily
If you wish to object to a decision or bring a legal action against an objection decision, you can do so personally in writing to the competent authority/social court in order to meet the deadline by signing with your own hand, as well as the place and date, indicating your address, the file number of the authority and attaching a copy of the notification(s) within the one-month appeal period of receipt.
