Advice for Lautaro Who Is Dragging a Goal: Calm Your Mind!

Milan

In the middle of the rumor Barcelona, Lautaro Martinez sluggish. CEO Inter Milan Beppe Marotta advised Lautaro to return to his best.

Throughout the 2019/2020 season, the young Inter striker has packed 17 goals plus five assists in 37 appearances. But after the competition resumed after the lockdown, only one goal can be struck by Lautaro in the last six matches.

As long as the competition is suspended due to the corona virus pandemic, Lautaro is intensely linked with Barcelona. The Spanish giant plans to recruit the Argentine striker to replace 33-year-old Luis Suarez.

However, Inter firmly defended Lautaro unless its release clauses of more than 100 million euros were met. Marotta suggested that the players find peace of mind.

“There are two factors to consider: the competitive factor and the other relating to the transfer market, which go hand in hand,” Marotta said Sky Sport Italia.

“Inter don’t want to sell 23-year-old players like him, but this is the time when rumors arise. We have seen Lautaro a great player in the first half of the season, which caught the attention of many big clubs.”

“Now he has to find peace of mind to guarantee the level of performance at Inter that he has shown in the first half of the season,” concluded Marotta.

Besides Lautaro, Nerazzurri is still waiting for lightning Christian Eriksen. Since joining in January, Eriksen has created one goal and two assists for Inter in nine games. Marotta asked the public to be patient.

“Eriksen joined in January, certainly with problems in the field that suffer from absent players. He is a great player and he can certainly contribute more. We must be patient with him,” Marotta said.
