1. Salary IDR 50-IDR 60 million per month
In her upload, Vicky said that kindergarten teachers in Germany have a starting salary ranging from 3,000-3,500 euros or the equivalent of IDR 50 to IDR 60 million per month, Mother. However, this value varies in each region.
“The starting salary for a kindergarten teacher starts from 3,000-3,500 euros (gross) and depends on the location (in each Bundesländer the rates will be different). Is that salary enough? The answer depends on how lifestyle you guys,” said Vicky, quoted by the Instagram account @vicky_nastasha on Monday (29/1/2024).
2. Good air quality
Apart from that, Vicky also revealed another reason why being a kindergarten teacher in Germany is so fun. This is also related to air quality, you know.
Vicky said that Germans have better quality air because people never burn rubbish in front of their yard. Not only that, German people also prefer to walk or take public transportation.
“Germany is a safe country compared to other countries such as North America or Indonesia. And in Germany no one burns rubbish on the streets or in their yards, here there is also minimal pollution because transportation feels more effective, people are also used to walking, ” he said.
3. 30 days off
Kindergarten teachers in Germany are also allowed to take 30 days off outside the red dates, Mother. They will also get THR given on Christmas Day.
“During this holiday we will still be paid full plus THR money (here, not in the month of Ramadan but at Christmas time) or what they call 13 Monatsgehalt,” he said.
4. Can travel around Europe
Another bonus that Vicky got when she was a kindergarten teacher in Germany was that she could travel around Europe easily, Mother. This is because each country is close to each other.
“The bonus is that you can travel around Europe more easily because the countries are close together,” he explained.
