Antibes is the guardian of the Maralpin charm par excellence on the Côte d’Azur. Its preserved cape joins Juan-les-Pins known worldwide for its Jazz Festival. From the ramparts that protect it, Antibes-Juan-les-Pins breathes joie de vivre and cultural dynamism. A journey between tradition and modernity that seduces famous tourists. Like Adriana Karembeu who has set down her bags in this very popular destination.
On her Instagram account, the Slovakian model did not hesitate to share photos of her escapade with her fans. On Sunday, August 11, the owner of the Palais Ronsard revealed in a video the identity of the restaurant in which she dined with her daughter Nina. It was at Baba, the restaurant of the Cap d’Antibes Beach Hotel that the celebrity had a tête-à-tête with the Big Blue. “Wow” she wrote to accompany her post.

What you need to know about Baba
In the cool of the evening, the atmosphere at Baba calms down at dinner time. The decor is elegant and soft. The colors are subdued and, in the candlelight, everything regains its calm. There you dine accompanied by the sound of the waves. Spices escape from the open-air kitchen and perfume the atmosphere. Baba is orchestrated with the complicity of chef Assaf Granit, born in the cosmopolitan city of Jerusalem and who is the soul of iconic addresses around the world, with an informal and elegant atmosphere: the Balagan or Tekes in Paris, Machneyuda in Jerusalem, the Coal Office in London, among others.
On the menu: smoked eggplant, tahini, watercress cream, pistachios, raspberry (€21), fish and seafood shawarma, caramelized onions, tzatziki sauce, fresh herbs (€32), sea bass fillet, spinach, Persian lemon butter, feta cream (€51), perfect egg, catch of the day, tomato sauce, peppers, paprika and chilli, potatoes (€36), breaded veal escalope, sumac mayonnaise, spicy matbucha sauce, green salad (€38). At Baba, desserts are not left out! Dark chocolate mousse, olive oil and fleur de sel (€16), runny island, custard, orange blossom caramel (€16) or cheesecake, Persian lemon powder, mango coulis (€18), those with a sweet tooth will have something to please them.
