Yesterday, ADNOC Distribution announced the opening of three service stations bearing the ADNOC brand in Egypt, located in key and strategic areas in Greater Cairo, where the stations provide a full range of car care services to local communities.
The company plans to open six more service stations under its “ADNOC” brand throughout Egypt at the end of 2023. This comes in the wake of its acquisition at the beginning of this year of a 50% stake in the business of Total Energies Marketing Egypt.
The joint venture includes a diversified business portfolio in the refining and petrochemical sector that includes more than 240 retail fuel stations, more than 100 retail stores, more than 250 oil change stations and car wash centers, wholesale fuel and jet fuel, and lubricant operations.
ADNOC Distribution’s expansion into Egypt is an important new step within the framework of implementing its strategy for international growth and expansion. In accordance with its smart growth strategy, the company opened its first station outside the UAE in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in 2018. In addition, ADNOC Voyager lubricant products contribute to expanding the scope of ADNOC Distribution’s presence at the international level, by exporting them to 32 countries around the world.
