The Caisse Primaire d’Assurance Maladie de la Manche is a private-law company charged with a public service mission and has around 400 employees. The CPAM is established on four sites (Saint-Lô, Cherbourg, Coutances and Avranches).
Working in a predominantly rural territory, the CPAM acts on a daily basis for access to rights, care and prevention for its 420,000 beneficiaries. It devotes 1.3 billion € per year to its missions.

The Health Expenses Department is made up of 35 people including 3 managers and is currently looking for Technicians!
This service provides in particular:
- payment of services (reimbursement of care) to insured persons or health professionals (doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, laboratories, transporters, etc.)
- support for health professionals on billing, quotation of health procedures or any other solicitation
- handling various administrative tasks.
In addition, this division participates in risk management by setting up control actions.
The Health Expenses Service also covers reimbursement for screening and vaccination in the context of the health crisis.
