Job Description

We are looking for our Administrative Assistant F/M to join our School, ESGCV Rennes, located in Rennes as part of an apprenticeship contract from September 2023.

Groupe ESG is a French higher education group. With seven schools in Paris, it is the leading group of Parisian business schools in number of students. It also has five schools in the regions, allowing students and companies to benefit from a large network of the territory, and is expanding internationally thanks to its delocalized programs.

You will join the Céline team, you will be responsible for:
* Realize the physical and telephone reception of the school
* Respond to requests and/or guide the various audiences
* Manage the opening and distribution of mail to the various departments
* Ensure routine administrative tasks of school life (tuition certificates, access codes, student cards, etc.)
* Manage, with the support of the Tuition Assistants, the management of student absences
* Carry out the classification and archiving of the various school files
* Accompany students in the handling of the various tools (extranet, Blackboard, E-learning, etc.)
* Organize the logistics of certain meetings (reservation of equipment, provision of equipment)
* Ensure the proper functioning of the school (equipment made available, state of the rooms, etc.)
