But YouTube, on the other hand, went to the higher regional court. But even with the Senate there, the platform had bad cards. The terms and conditions are “kept too imprecise”.
Although YouTube argued that two million channels were blocked in the last three months alone, one could hardly examine individual cases.

“Yes,” countered the judge, “the bigger they get, the greater the duty to do so.” So YouTube withdrew the objection and Max’s channel remains activated.
