Adler Mannheim wins top game against Red Bull Munich

The Adler Mannheim won the top game in the German Ice Hockey League (DEL) and maintained the lead in the South Group.

The German champions defeated Red Bull Munich 3: 2 (2: 2, 0: 0, 0: 0, 0: 0, 1: 0) after a penalty shoot-out in the duel between the two title contenders.

In a furious first third, Nicolas Krämmer (9th) and Markus Eisenschmid (13th) brought the eagles in front. (Tables of the DEL)
