According to Irina Miklienė, head of management of “Rimi” shopping centers, such a change is carried out taking into account the flow of buyers in the autumn and winter seasons. “The dark season of the year has begun, so we aim to ensure that our stores meet the needs and wishes of our customers. We adjust the working hours of the stores according to the constantly observed shopping trends, which are different from the usual ones in winter”, observes Irina Miklienė, head of management of Rimi Lietuva shopping centers.
According to the press release, during the summer it was common to visit the stores later, but as winter approaches, the flow of customers decreases in the early morning and late evening hours. While most Rimi stores will continue to operate as usual due to seasonal changes, on Sundays from 9:00 p.m. two stores in Vilnius will close: at Vikingų st. 3 and Senasis Ukmergės kl. 46 A.
Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. The “Rimi” store (61a Lentvarios st.) located in the Panerių micro-district of Vilnius will start working, this store will close its doors one hour earlier on both days of the weekend – from 9 p.m. On weekdays and Saturdays, the “Rimi” store (Šiaurės st. 37) located in Vilnius’ Naujosios Vilnias microdistrict will also open its doors one hour later than usual, from 8:00 a.m. On Sundays, she will start working at the usual time – from 9 am.
