On July 12, Adisseo and em2c laid the first stone of “Booster”, a future mixed complex mixing tertiary surfaces and research laboratories.
It was last July 12, in Saint-Fons. Adisseo and em2c laid the first stone of “Booster”, a future mixed complex mixing tertiary surfaces and research laboratories in Saint-Fons.
Were present for the occasion Amandine Jacquet, director of the “Vallée de la Chimie” mission at Lyon Metropolis, Christian Duchêne, mayor of Saint-Fons, Emmanuel Goldberger, director of operations France of Adisseo and Yvan Patet, president of the em2c group.
The land area on which “Booster” is built is located 300 meters from Saint-Fons station, 4 minutes from the A7 towards Marseille, with many bus lines. The site thus benefits from excellent connectivity, on the edge of rue Prosper Monnet. In the economic district of Aulagne, “Booster” thus aims to transform an industrial wasteland into a benchmark real estate complex, “reconciling economic performance, environmental excellence and a remarkable living environment”. The site thus wants to establish itself as a business campus, as well as a platform for exchanging and sharing knowledge and know-how. The program will also benefit from a certain environmental quality, with 2,800 m² of green spaces, and nearly 360 trees that will be planted.
“Creating a diversity of atmosphere through the multiplicity of species and the variations in planting densities, the landscaped ensemble offers visual pleasure (flowering, seasonal colours, etc.) and benefits wildlife (honey flowering, fruiting, shelter …). »
