Adif will connect the high speed from Madrid to Barcelona with Levante

Adif has awarded the key works to connect the high-speed trains that link Madrid with Barcelona and the capital with Levante. The infrastructure manager has signed the joint venture formed by Copcisa, Copisa Constructora Pirenaica and Lantania to carry out this work through a contract of €95.4 million.

Beyond these works, Adif announced yesterday the investment of 7.5 million euros to make improvements to the Cercanías de Sol station in Madrid. The public company will provide new emergency exits and new fire protection equipment to the underground station.
